    You want to return a product that has been correctly delivered by Euronorm. For example, because you no longer need the product or because other specifications turn out to be necessary.

    Is your product a JRT series gear unit (motor gearboxes), JRES (stainless steel drives), JRP (planetary gearboxes) or is your product coated?

    Your product cannot be returned because it was made specifically for you. For further questions, please contact Euronorm customer service via info@euronorm.nl

    NO

    If your product comes directly from our stock and no further adjustments have been made to the product, you can return the product. With a return you will receive 75% of the purchase amount back if the conditions below are met.

    • The product is undamaged and in its original condition with no modifications made.
    • The product was returned to us free of charge.
    • The return shipment comes with a return slip, which you will receive from us after your return request has been assessed.
